The terms for using your Yapping Clips creative workspace.

1. The service
Yapping Clips processes recordings and other assets you provide to prepare edited videos, captions and related materials. Available functions depend on configuration and processing status. AI can make mistakes; review the result before publishing.
2. Your account
Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and use only accounts and materials you are authorised to use. You can recover your password by email and contact support for help.
3. Content and permissions
You keep your rights to originals. You authorise storage, processing and creation of the versions you request to provide the service. You must hold the necessary permissions for videos, music, trademarks and other people’s likenesses. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
4. Credits and exports
New accounts include 3 credits. A Reel export uses one credit; downloading an existing export again does not use another. Any paid offer must show its conditions before purchase. If a charge or balance looks wrong, contact [email protected] with the project ID.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, access other people’s projects, introduce malicious code or evade system controls. We may limit abusive use or suspend access to protect the service and its users.
6. Processing and availability
Processing depends on the video and technical providers. We do not guarantee fixed processing times, commercial results or uninterrupted operation. Technical retries aim to preserve the saved edit. Keep a copy of your originals and download results you need to retain.
7. Account, data and support
You can request account closure and data deletion at [email protected]. The privacy policy explains processing and retention. These terms do not limit mandatory rights provided by applicable law. Updates are identified by their revision date.
